Review Our Policies

  • Same day delivery orders need to be placed before 12 noon Pacific standard time.
  • All of our decorations with helium or floating balloons last about 15-24 hours. We DO NOT guarantee longer time because it depends on the weather conditions of your location.
  • We are not responsible for any weather changes, sun or rain and the damage that it may cause to the balloons.
  • Once we deliver the balloon bouquet and you accept it or it is picked up, we do not do refills. The decoration will now be under your responsibility.
  • All of our deliveries are performed during the morning or the afternoon, not specific time. The photos are for reference, and although we guarantee the delivery of an arrangement with excellent quality, the balloon arrangement may vary depending on our inventory existence.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS: ALL ORDERS FOR THE WEEKEND MUST BE PLACED BEFORE FRIDAY AT 12 PM.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Express Balloon Line Policies

At Ventura County Balloons, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers through our Express Balloon Line. Below are the policies governing online orders, payments, pickups, and deliveries.

1. Ordering & Payment

  • All Express Balloon Line orders must be placed through our online ordering system.
  • Full payment is required at the time of checkout to confirm your order.
  • Orders cannot be modified after payment has been processed.
  • We accept major credit cards.

2. Pick-Up Policy

  • Pick-ups are available at our designated location: [Your Business Address].
  • Customers must select a pickup time during checkout.
  • Orders must be picked up within the selected time frame; unclaimed orders will not be refunded.
  • A valid order confirmation (email or receipt) is required at pickup.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available within the cities of Ventura, Oxnard, and Camarillo.
  • A delivery fee applies based on the location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Someone must be present at the delivery location to receive the order; due to the nature of balloons, they can't be left at the door unattended.
  • We are not responsible for damages to balloons after successful delivery.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time to receive a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide an alternative product or store credit for a future order.

5. Balloon Care & Liability

  • Balloons are sensitive to heat, sharp objects, and rough handling. Once picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damages.
  • We recommend transporting balloons in a clean, temperature-controlled vehicle.
  • Helium balloons have a lifespan of 8-24 hours, depending on conditions.
